Assets move around a building which means they are not always available when they are needed. There are some assets that should not leave their assigned location. There are some assets that can move freely in the building but must never leave the building.

Assets need to be tracked automatically. They may move around a building or they be associated with a specific place. The assets are all RFID tagged and readers are placed at appropriate points in the process to allow easy location of the asset.

AssetTraxx is the solution. This turn-key, web-based solution includes all of the hardware and software to automatically track all, or selected assets. In the AssetTrax software, permissions can be set to allow finding, viewing, or checking in/out of an asset at any, or all, of the read stations. Once an asset is added to the system, any station can create a complete audit trail that not only shows the real-time location of the document, but also all the people that have handled or made requests for that document. Full alarm capabilities are also available allowing for local or remote alarms with email messages.
